General Warranty & Service Policy

Our warranty policy covers products sold by PAK MAC. Products purchased from other vendors or previously repaired elsewhere will require service approval.

Key Guidelines:

• Please bring your original invoice or proof of purchase (POP) when submitting a claim. The invoice should include purchase date, product details, serial number, model number, and seller information.

• Products out of warranty are subject to standard diagnostics and service charges.

• Under warranty, we repair covered issues without additional service charges.

• Liquid damage, physical damage, or issues from improper power supply are not covered under warranty.

• Devices previously repaired elsewhere or tampered with by the end user will not be covered under warranty.

• Any damage detected upon inspection will be documented with photographs.

Warranty Period

• Standard warranty is 12 months, unless otherwise specified.

• Some products may have optional extended warranty programs.

• Refurbished devices have varying warranty periods depending on the product.

We do not guarantee data safety during repairs. Please ensure your data is backed up before submitting your device.

• Data loss caused by failure to back up your device.
