Customers are responsible for backing up and erasing all personal data from the device before submitting it for trade-in. Pak Mac is not liable for any data loss, privacy issues, or recovery of personal information after the trade-in is completed.

Right to Deny

Pak Mac reserves the absolute right to refuse or deny any trade-in at its sole discretion. Devices that are found to be stolen, reported as lost, under ownership dispute, or flagged through legal or security checks will not be accepted under any circumstances. Additionally, devices in extremely poor condition—such as those with severe physical damage, water exposure, missing components, or non-functional parts—may be declined or assigned a significantly reduced value. Pak Mac is not liable for any claims arising from ownership disputes after a trade-in. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have legal ownership and the right to trade in the device. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

Ownership Confirmation

By participating in the trade-in program, the customer confirms that they are the rightful owner of the device and have the legal authority to trade or sell it. Any ownership disputes or third-party claims arising after the trade-in will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Final & irreversible Transaction

Once a trade-in is accepted and processed, the device becomes the permanent property of Pak Mac. The transaction is final, and the device cannot be returned or reclaimed under any circumstances.
